Meet the Owners
Born in Ukraine, Mike moved to Atlanta aged 7. He studied Computer Science at Georgia Tech where he started his first company Global Management Technologies (GMT). The company provided workforce management solutions to large call centers and corporations. It was a highly successful technology company sold to Verint in 2011. In 2017, Mike met Stirling and they decided their complementary skillsets would allow them to revolutionize the call center industry. In 2019, they acquired PASS to help with the formation of Convertros. Mike leads the technological development and automation dimension of Convertros.

Born in France, Stirling moved to London for college before 2 years of backpacking around the world and a chapter in the Corporate world. He moved to the United States for his MBA before launching the US business for a UK based startup. AlphaSights became a global leader in providing access to on demand experts for large financial firms and corporations. After moving to Atlanta in 2016, Stirling met Mike and recognized complimentary yet highly different skillsets. With a passion for ensuring everyone finds meaningful work, Stirling leads the talent and client development functions of Convertros.
